About Char
As a dedicated reiki therapist, sound healer & plant medicine practitioner, I am passionate about facilitating transformative experiences by melding the power of sound vibration with plant medicine.
In my practice, I invite participants to connect with themselves, each other, and the wisdom of the sacred plant through guided meditations, intention setting, and soundbath. One of my roles as facilitator is to create a set and setting that is both safe and aligned with love and light for the deep healing and spiritual exploration to begin.
My journey into the world of soundbath began 8 years ago when I experienced the profound effects of vibrational healing while sitting in my first plant medicine ceremony. Completely inspired by the soul enriching-transformation that took place, I felt called to embark on the journey of learning shamanic practices. With my years of grateful service and heart openinging awareness I now confidently offer my own understanding to others interested in the path of prospering growth.
In ceremony you can expect an approach that is both gentle and powerful. Calling on the ancient ancestors that are eternally with us, my soul-song calls in the power of Spirit, helping those to heal what they are ready to heal. Plant medicince and sound healing are two very important holistic medicines that can allow us to re-remember our Oneness with all that is. In ceremony we can enter into deep states of transcendance where we can release energetic blockages of ranginging magnitudes, communincate with our Higher self and loved ones, all the while feeling extremely safe and sound.
This work has aligned me to my truth, my knowing... a realization so powerful and so fulfilling that I can't wait to share it with you!

An about me wouldn't be a complete or true story without the awakening experiences that I have found in my decades working with plant medicine. "In the beginning was the Word," and that Word to me is love and light. This statement of realization could not have been made without my years of living and learning and growing and now sharing the life-changing teachings that I have found in the wisdom of these sacred medicines.
My involvment during these ceremonies is holding space, helping those usher in the new while gracefully taking care of what they are ready to heal. I work with light energy. The light force energy that is our very essence. Sometimes that light can be diminished by our shadows, we tend to look alot at our shadows (where the work lies) during these ceremonies. My role is to help, in an intuitively guided way, to assist those pass through the heavy and sometimes challenging experiences through my individually specific reiki treatemnt and breathwork. I often can be heard as that outer voice reminding to you to Breathe!
Through the gaze of the limitless infinite is where your totality can only ever be met. Your truth lies in the silent knowing that you are and can only ever be, DIVINE LOVING TRUTH.
